Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be new and unused.
How to return an item
Email customer service at fractiononepl@gmail.com with a clear video showing the product's defects, along with your Order ID.
Your order will be picked up within 4 working days. Once we receive the product, we will dispatch a replacement within 3 working days.
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds after orders have been shipped. In the case of a defective product, we offer exchanges using the process above.
